Cancellation Policies

Standard rate: The reservation is guaranteed by credit card. No deposit will be charged. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show the full amount will be charged. The hotel will charge the expected amount as the balance of the reservation as soon as the period of free cancellation is over.

In the case of reservations guaranteed by bank transfer, 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance at 7 days from the date scheduled for the stay.

Pre-paid rate: the total price of the Reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
